Salary: £25,655 to £31,534 (dependent on experience) Full time – 37.5 hours per week (across multiple days)
Job Description
  • Can you think creatively and support the development of annual fundraising campaigns, events and ideas?
  • Are you keen to give the best customer service, cultivating and stewarding third party fundraisers?
  • Can you drive income generation activities that are aligned with the community whilst raising awareness of Hospice services?
  • Work flexibly, including some weekend and evenings?
  • Do you have previous experience of community fundraising within the charity sector, meeting income targets?

If you have the ability to:

  • Develop a clear Community Fundraising Strategy
  • Communicate well both through presentations, verbally and in writing with a wide range of people
  • Establish relationships through engagement with both large groups but also potentially one-to-one with a bereaved family
  • Adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks
  • Build relationships, networking within the community to raise funds for the Hospice
