By analysing data and showcasing all the opportunities our income generation team has to offer, we will need you to expertly support the team to find and build strong relationships digitally, with our supporters and partners, who are at the heart of everything we do.
As a confident individual you will identify, develop, manage, and market a portfolio of fundraising products, to offer to our supporters and donors, whilst working very closely with the Partnerships Manager. Your main goal will be to maintain and look for new and innovative opportunities to increase giving in support of St Luke’s strategic priorities. You will lead a tactical team of focused leads committed to the development and implementation of digital fundraising campaigns across a variety of digital streams, social media and ecommunications.
Operating with attention to detail, and possessing a strategic mind, you will ensure that the most effective processes, practices, and techniques are in place to deliver results. The post holder should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with proven experience in managing digital paid media fundraising activities including the implementation, analysis and management of campaigns. The Data Marketing Manager will also be responsible for all tasks relating to fundraising processes, marketing, data, creative mailings, fundraising research, and development of the supporter journey that will build and deliver income. Through clear communication they will build effective and strong internal working relationships with key members of staff and set clear project objectives to meet the strategic need.
This will be an exciting, fast paced and challenging role within the busy and dynamic Income Generation based in Plymouth. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising the post holder will be expected to regularly communicate with external suppliers and industry experts in order to develop productive relationships that build engagement and support for St Luke’s. To this end you will need robust communication, planning and organisational skills along with strong administrative experience.
