The Covid-19 Pandemic has been challenging for everyone and through determination and passion, our team have been steadily rebuilding income. We now need an inspirational and skilled leader to take the team to the next stage, by developing and implementing an integrated Public Fundraising strategy with a core focus on supporter stewardship, woven across all income streams.
The team have gone through a number of changes in recent months, and are now settled into an updated structure that has been designed to be supporter-centric and data-driven.
We need a skilled leader who will inspire and develop the team. You will be managing a number of new starters to the team, as well as staff who have been with the Hospice for many years, bringing together the existing insight and experience with new energy and ideas to drive income growth.
The purpose of this role is to oversee all of the Public Fundraising income streams, ensuring they are working together and in collaboration with the Major Gifts and Partnerships team to ensure a ‘one team one target’ focus putting our supporters at the heart of all we do.
This role is flexible in nature, and we are open to full and part-time working options for the right candidate.
This role does require some management time on site, but agile working is offered in this role.
